The project belongs to the luxury residential complex of the Rolling Greens neighborhood, located in the heart of the famous resort of Costa Navarino.

The residence is divided into two functional zones, a shared one with an open space living room-dining room-kitchen layout and a private one with the three bedrooms with their respective en-suite bathrooms. The guesthouse of the residence is hosted in a separate wing, which communicates with the rest of the residence through a semi-outdoor space. In the basement of the residence, secondary auxiliary spaces such as a utility room, storage rooms and mechanical rooms are located. At the same time, following the Owner’s desire for relaxation and de-stressing of all users, a large living room with home cinema, play areas with the installation of a ping pong and billiard table, as well as a small living room for reading books were formed.

The interior design study prepared by the architectural firm ENA ARCHITECTS highlighted the unification of the interior with the exterior. with an emphasis on black details, due to the Owners’ preference for this particular color. The entire interior design aimed at tranquility and relaxation, which was the main objective of this holiday home.

The interior design study prepared by the architectural firm ENA ARCHITECTS focused on relaxation and tranquility, which was the main objective of this holiday home, unifying the interior with the exterior and emphasizing the view to the sea.

Soft, neutral and earthy tones are fundamental to creating a peaceful atmosphere. Shades such as off-white, muted grey and light beige were chosen, which have a relaxing effect and unify the space discreetly.

The principle of “less is more” is essential for designing interiors that aim for tranquility. Thus, simple but functional furniture was chosen, with clean lines and soft edges. The materials used, such as wood, metal and marble, moved in neutral tones, with discreet black details. The wooden furniture and wooden floor add warmth and grounding, while the stone and marble surfaces offer elegance without weighing down the space.

Lighting was also crucial to creating tranquil spaces. Natural light is maximized, with charcoal-colored roller blinds that allow for a soft diffusion of natural light while maintaining an unobstructed view of the sea. Artificial lighting is soft, multi-layered and dimmable to adjust the mood of the room throughout the day. Warm-toned ceiling lights, floor lamps and wall sconces provide a warm and inviting atmosphere, enhancing the sense of relaxation.

In short, the colors, finishes and textures chosen were set within a framework of luxurious simplicity while creating multiple individual relaxation areas and providing a haven of calm for family and friends from the demanding everyday life of the city.
