Loft Renovation in Alimos, Attiki

The project is located in Alimos, on the Pani hill, overlooking the Acropolis. The goal was to renovate the existing loft by adding new functions and unifying the spaces with new materials.

The main area previously included a living room and a very large fireplace, which was inactive and therefore removed. In this space, a small office corner was created as part of a larger built-in composition that connects the counter facing the view with the storage unit beneath the television. With the new layout, sufficient room was created for a six-person dining area and a living space that can comfortably host a group of friends. The kitchen already existed and was preserved, apart from the backsplash, which was clad with large-format tiles. All the new furniture pieces are custom-made, utilizing the selected materials in dimensions optimized for the space.
