The project concerns the division of a two-storey maisonette and the functional separation of its first floor, with the aim of converting it into an independent holiday residence. The property is located in the southern part of Kythnos, within a plot situated along a ridgeline, offering unobstructed panoramic views of the sea.

Internally, the layout includes a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and a living area with a sofa bed, accommodating up to four guests. Externally, a spacious veranda faces south and west, overlooking the sea and the Cycladic landscape. Half of the terrace is sheltered by a wooden pergola, providing shade for the dining area, while the remaining half remains uncovered, serving as an ideal space for sunbathing during the day and stargazing at night.

The exterior aesthetic follows the principles of traditional Cycladic architecture, characterized by whitewashed walls, blue window and door frames, and a wooden pergola. In contrast, the interior adopts a more contemporary approach, featuring predominantly white tones on walls and furniture, complemented by textiles and decorative elements in earthy beige and olive hues, as well as wooden flooring in a natural oak finish. On the veranda, the original terracotta flooring has been preserved, reflecting the reddish tones of the surrounding natural landscape.
