The project concerns the renovation of a law firm office, with the aim of accommodating additional staff and upgrading the workspace into a contemporary working environment.
The central design concept focused on preserving the partners’ main office, which is separated from the rest of the workspace by sliding doors, while allocating additional workstations within the three remaining areas of the office. By positioning the desk layouts along the perimeter walls rather than centrally, the spatial perception is enhanced, allowing the number of workstations to increase from three to a total of six, excluding the partners’ offices. The partners’ offices were redesigned following a minimal approach, while incorporating ample storage for files and documentation.
The selected materials include natural oak wood for the flooring and desk surfaces, and white lacquer for all remaining wooden elements. Off-white wall finishes allow light to diffuse throughout the space and, in combination with concealed lighting, create an atmosphere of calm and reassurance for clients, as well as a pleasant and functional working environment for the firm’s members.
