Located just 10 meters from Syngrou–Fix Metro Station and within immediate proximity to the Acropolis rock, the luxury Hub Suites enjoy a prime location in the historic center of Athens.
Hub Suites were created through the subdivision of an existing maisonette into five independent suites. The primary objective was the full utilization of the existing building footprint; therefore, the custom design of all spaces and bespoke constructions was a necessity. At the same time, the extensive perimeter terrace was fully activated through the incorporation of water features, outdoor showers, and custom furniture, along with the exclusive-use rooftop area.

To achieve a seamless integration between interior and exterior spaces, large openings were introduced, enhancing spatial flow, allowing for unobstructed daylight penetration, and maximizing the exceptional views—particularly towards the Acropolis and the Philopappos Monument.
Both the interior and exterior areas of the suites reflect a contemporary and modern approach, achieved through efficient spatial planning and a refined aesthetic defined by the combination of warm wood tones, black detailing, and off-white and grey color palettes. This composition results in a sense of understated luxury, transforming the space into a retreat of rest and relaxation within the urban environment.
HUB SUITE 01
The defining feature of Suite 1 is the use of two distinct levels to articulate the different functional areas. The upper level accommodates the bedroom and bathroom, while the lower level houses the kitchen and living area. Beyond the change in levels, the space is further articulated through wooden slatted partitions, while the WC is fully enclosed to ensure privacy.
The living area is located in direct proximity to the kitchen; for this reason, a sliding wooden panel was designed to conceal the kitchen when not in use, allowing for uninterrupted views towards the television. The bed was positioned strategically to provide direct views of the Acropolis.
HUB SUITE 02
Suite 2 is defined by a single open-plan interior that incorporates the kitchen, bathroom, living area with a sofa bed, and the sleeping area. It is the only suite without direct views of the monuments; however, it occupies the corner of the terrace, with the outdoor space matching the interior in size.
The interior and exterior areas are seamlessly connected through two large openings: one opens onto the terrace featuring a jacuzzi and a small seating area, while the other leads to an outdoor dining and relaxation area with sun loungers.
HUB SUITE 03
Suite 3 is characterized by a series of custom, multifunctional constructions. Indicative examples include the design of the kitchen countertop, which extends into a desk, and the partition between the kitchen and bedroom areas, functioning on one side as a dining counter and on the other as a TV wall.
Additionally, the bed headboard follows the inclination of the wall, incorporating integrated storage, while the walk-in closet is enclosed within a wooden volume. The built-in sofa, due to its generous width, can also function as a bed. The suite opens onto a small terrace featuring a jacuzzi and seating area, offering views towards the Philopappos Monument.
HUB SUITE 04
Suite 4 follows the inclinations of the surrounding walls, with a custom-designed desk conceived to direct the visual axis towards the view of the Acropolis. In the bathroom, the mirror was intentionally positioned to the side in order to create an opening that also frames views towards the Parthenon.
Although it is the smallest suite, it still features a wide sofa that can also function as a bed, complemented by a compact kitchenette concealed behind cabinet doors.
HUB SUITE 05
Suite 5 is defined by a high level of privacy, as it is located on the top floor of the building. Due to the limited interior space, the kitchenette is concealed behind cabinet doors, while the layout is organized across two levels, one of which also serves as the base for the bed.
The design approach, featuring large openings on both sides of the bed, allows for seamless movement between the interior and exterior spaces, while fully capitalizing on all available views towards the Acropolis rock.
