Apartment A of Lime Residences has a total area of 53 sq.m. and includes one bedroom, one bathroom with both a bathtub and a walk-in shower, as well as an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The central design concept focused on maximizing natural daylight in both the living area and the bedroom, as the apartment is located on an elevated ground floor and has frontage exclusively towards Nikis Street.
APARTMENT B
partment B of Lime Residences has a total area of 100 sq.m. and includes three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one shared WC, and an open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area. The central design concept for Apartment B was driven by the need to accommodate large families or groups of friends.
For this reason, the apartment was organized into two distinct zones: a private zone housing the bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms, and a shared zone facing the street, comprising the open-plan living, kitchen, dining, and workspace areas.
