Asprogeraka Hotel

Located 400 meters from Attiki Metro Station and 2 kilometers from the National Archaeological Museum of Athens, Asprogeraka Hotel consists of 10 furnished apartments.

Asprogeraka Hotel was developed following the complete renovation of the three floors of an existing older building. The central design concept was driven by the desire to depart from the typical layout of accommodation facilities and hotels, characterized by narrow, dark corridors and rigid room arrangements. Instead, an open-air courtyard was created at the ground level of the building, around which the rooms are organized. This design approach encourages a sense of shared living among the guests, while still maintaining all essential elements of privacy.

The rooms and common areas are visually connected through a cohesive palette of grey tones, black detailing, and warm wood finishes. At the same time, vertical continuity between floors is achieved through the rear open courtyard and the building’s stairwell.
