The project focuses on the interior design of a holiday residence in Elia, Mykonos.

The main living areas—the living room, kitchen, dining area, and the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom—were designed in a Cycladic style. The entire residence is oriented towards Elia Bay, offering uninterrupted sea views from all spaces except the kitchen. For this reason, a square window was introduced in the kitchen to allow additional natural light to enter (beyond the roof skylight) and to create its own “view” towards the stone-built boundary wall, where sculptural cacti will be placed. The kitchen features white marble surfaces, wooden cabinetry, and, like the rest of the house, cement-based flooring, reinforcing a sense of minimal simplicity.

In the living room, a built-in cement composition was designed for the TV and decorative elements, with soft curved edges—a hallmark of Cycladic architecture. In the dining area, a solid wood dining table with oval edges was selected, complementing the wooden stair balusters and the wooden elements of the kitchen. In the master bedroom and its bathroom, all built-in elements are custom-made, featuring gently rounded cement finishes, wooden countertops, a marble washbasin, and sliding bamboo partitions.
