The aim was to create a new two-story house with a basement and an outdoor swimming pool in accordance with modern standards to meet the requirements of a family. The central idea was to create functional spaces that are distinguished by simplicity and symmetry.
The house is divided into three levels including the basement. The ground floor mainly contains the common areas, while the first floor houses the private areas. Some secondary areas have been provided in the basement. Direct communication between the interior and exterior is achieved through large windows along the main facade of the house, fully utilizing the natural lighting and ventilation available on the site. The installation of sunshades on the front facade of the building aims to provide the best possible isolation and protection of the house, making them a characteristic element of the facade.
The choice of materials such as wood and cement in combination with the use of earthier shades on the surfaces of all spaces give the feeling of an imaginary continuity of the interior and exterior environment, achieving the complete harmonization of the building with the residential area of Kantza.
