The project concerns the renovation of the entrance area, the home office, and the bathroom of an apartment located in the area of Kato Glyfada. Particular emphasis was placed on maximizing the potential of the existing spaces and enhancing them in a functional and understated manner.
The design focused on converting a small living area into a home office, the complete renovation of the bathroom—where the bathtub was removed and replaced with a walk-in shower—and the creation of a custom composition in the entrance area that would serve as a focal point for the apartment. The bespoke design of the office and entrance furniture, as well as the overall bathroom layout, was developed according to the owner’s specific needs.
The selection of materials such as marble and dark grey lacquer finishes, combined with focused artificial lighting, lends the spaces a contemporary character. The interplay of LED strip lighting integrated into the specially designed entrance composition transforms the area into a central point of interest for both the resident and visiting guests.
